You may cancel your reservation at any time for any reason. However, the following terms apply to cancellation of bookings made through plombagine.com:
Refunds Through PayPal
We process refunds through PayPal. Any fees charged by Paypal on processing the refund will be passed on to you. In accordance with our AML Policy, we do not process cash refunds. Further, we do not issue refunds to third-parties on your behalf.
Non-Refundable Service Fee
A small Service Fee is charged at the time of booking. The service fee goes towards the cost of running the website. The Service Fee is therefore non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Transaction Fee
Our bookings are processed through PayPal, which charges us fees on processing bookings. The Transaction Fee goes towards the PayPal fees or any other third-party payment platform which charges us for processing the booking. The Transaction Fee is therefore non-refundable.
75% Refund Up to 30 Days Before Arrival
If you cancel up to thirty (30) days before arrival, we will refund you 75% of the Nightly Rate, plus the Room Rate Levy, after deduction of any applicable PayPal Fee, Service Fee, and Transaction Fee.
50% Refund Within 30 Days of Arrival
If you cancel within thirty (30) days before arrival, we will refund you 50% of the Nightly Rate, plus the Room Rate Levy, after deduction of any applicable PayPal Fee, Service Fee and Transaction Fee.
25% Refund on Days Not Spent After Arrival
If you cancel after you arrive, we will refund you 25% of Nightly Rate on the remainder of the nights not spent, plus the Room Rate Levy on the nights not spent, after deduction of any applicable PayPal Fee, Service Fee, and Transaction Fee.
Cancellations by Plombagine
Although we have never had to cancel a reservation, if circumstances arise which makes it impossible to host you, we will refund the full the full Nightly Rate and Room Rate Levy on nights not spent.
Cancellations Due to Natural Disaster
If you wish to cancel your reservation due to any natural disaster which directly impacts Barbados, we will refund the full Nightly Rate and Room Rate Levy on nights not spent.
How to Cancel
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, simply send us an email to [email protected] outlining your cancellation request.
Notice
This Cancellation Policy only applies to bookings made through plombagine.com. This Cancellation Policy is not applicable to bookings made through other booking platforms, such as Airbnb, where our Cancellation Policy is Strict.
